As females we all have things that we struggle with or are insecure about and breakouts might just be one of them. The spots on your face that draw attention even away from your outfit some more  noticeable than others but here are some to help you with these

wash your face alot (twice a day or more) sometimes the initial problem is just maybe their is too much dirt on your face  and you need the water to clean out your pores

having oily skin just  means that your skin produces excessive oils (waste) and it blocks your pores and your skin reacts to this by creating pimples.
maybe you have oily skin cause   i definitely suffer from this ,sometimes when i wake up in the morning you would think that i had an oil shower the night before so I try to keep my face dry but moisturized so I wash my face every morning and night and i use skinsuccess facial foam which cleanses pores and exfoliates your face.
IF buying products doesnt work out  ,make your own it is cheaper an equally as effective,So here are some ideas

sugar+honey =sugar scrub exfoliates your face by cleaning out your pores and getting rid of discoloration

lime+sugar=deals basically with discoloration so after this your skin will be lighter and smoothe (not bleaching)

 honey +egg mask =dry skin

oatmeal=exfoliates skin

you can also use a  facial mass/ avacado is a perfect example of one make the paste an apply  it to skin .
In addition
maybe your just on your period so dont worry about it and remember to try not to burst it because naturally a pimple is your body telling you that you have bacteria in your system ,it is not the end of the world an you dont need to wear makeup to cover it up it is accepted in society because we all suffer from this.

.Genes are just the starting point, Beautiful skin is also about good skin care habits practiced day in and day out. some  secrets to helathy glowing skin.
: smoking no
sun screen yes
an experiment was done with people who did an did not smoke .Those who smoked and spent lots of time outdoors without wearing sunscreen looked years older than the brother or sister who shunned cigarettes and tanning. They had more fine lines, deeper and more plentiful wrinkles, and skin that was more mottled.
"Many of the things that my patients complain about -- dull, rough skin and uneven skin tone -- are related to chronic sun exposure," she says. "And studies have shown that smoking is associated with premature wrinkling.i got this information from mrs

 Consider Retinoids
Retinoids unplug pores, help clear up acne, reduce fine lines, boost collagen production, lighten brown spots and freckles, and improve skin texture. They can even help treat precancerous lesions.

keep skincare simple
Overuse of products is the biggest mistake people make in their skincare regimens and try to use
natural products.

Incase you were wondering what is a dream?  it is a series of thoughts, images, and sensations occurring in a person's mind during sleep. In continuation of my previous blog which was based on dreams ,the question why do we dream came to mind so i did some research.

Scientists have been performing sleep and dream studies for decades now, and we still aren't 100 percent sure about the function of sleep, or exactly how and why we dream. We do know that our

dream cycle is typically most abundant and best remembered during the REM stage of sleep.

It's also pretty commonly accepted among the
scientific community that we all dream, though the frequency in which dreams are remembered varies from person to person.

The question of whether dreams actually have a physiological, biological or psychological function has yet to be answered. But that hasn't stopped scientists from researching and speculating

There is some research to back up the ideas that dreams are tied to how we form memories. Studies indicate that as we're learning new things in our waking hours, dreams increase while we sleep. Participants in a dream study who were taking a language course showed more dream activity than those who were not. In light of such studies, the idea that we use our dreams to sort through and convert short-term memories into long-term memories has gained some momentum in recent years. So with all this research being done maybe one day we will find out what our dreams really mean questions will be answered like are they physical or are they emotional are they the past or the future .
What Does it Mean When You Dream About Someone?

Dreams are mysterious. They open a world extreme curiosity and oddities that us as humans are

always trying to decode(understand). And when you throw certain people and events into the mix,
dreams become all that more astonishing and questionable. What are these messages hidden in our dreams trying to tell us, anyways? If you’re wondering what it MIGHT mean when you dream about someone, here’s a few answers:

Dreaming About Someone:

There are many, many reasons why you might be dreaming about someone in particular.
What is your subconscious mind trying to tell you? The simplest reason could be that you simply fell asleep while thinking about this certain person. It’s only natural that you thought about them while

you fell asleep, and they found their way inside of your sleep pattern. Another simple reason is that

you’ve been thinking about this person a lot- maybe even more than you should be. They’ve been on your mind for quite some time throughout the day, so of course they’d be in your thoughts in your
subconscious dreams as well

when having your hair, something we forget to do is tie it down at night this is very important

if you want to keep your braids, natural hair, curls, locks or whatever hair style you have at the given time here are some useful tips Avoid elastic bands

Believe it or not you can do damage to your hair when sleeping. We see so many people who spend a good deal of money on great haircuts, color, and care products then turn in for the night with a ponytail

WrappingIf you like to keep you hair sleek and straight, use the wrapping technique. Starting at apex of the head, use a brush to begin directionally arranging the hair around the head using large bobby pins to secure as you go.Upgrade your pillow case.

Your cotton pillow case can cause pulling on your hair. The best pillow cover for your hair is silk or satin. If your budget does not have room for silk or satin pillow cases, you can get the same effect by wrapping your hair in a silk or satin scarf, says Rascon.

Brush your hair out before bedOne of the best things that you can do for your hair is to brush or comb it before turning in for the night. Use a brush with natural bristles or a wide tooth comb. Brush your hair from root to tip for several minutes. The strokes help you move your scalp’s natural oils through your hair.

In conclusion you always need to take care of your hair if your looking for good results ,because sleeping can really destruct a good hair style and another tip is wear a silk scarf so that if you have oil or any other products it wouldnt be consumed

Managing your personal hygiene is important not only to look and smell your best on a daily basis, but also to prevent the onset and spread of infectious diseases. Taking the proper precautions can help you avoid getting sick and passing illnesses on to those around you. Read this article to learn how to manage personal hygiene to both improve your overall appearance and ward off infections.
This is the best way to get rid of any dirt, sweat, and/or germs that your body may have accumulated throughout the day, and prevents hygiene-related diseases. As a plus, showering daily helps you feel, look, and smell your best throughout the day.
  • Use a loofah, sponge, or hand towel to gently scrub your entire body, removing dead skin cells and dirt. Remember to replace these items regularly as they can easily harbor bacteria.
  • If you don't want to wash your hair every day, then invest in a shower cap and wash your body with soap and water.
  • If you don't have time to shower, then use a hand towel to rinse your face and underarms at the end of the day.
. Remember that the skin on your face is more sensitive than on other parts of your body. You can either use your face cleanser in the shower or wash your face separately at the sink
  • If you wear a lot of makeup, find a cleanser that also specializes in removing makeup. Otherwise, buy a separate makeup remover and remove all makeup before washing your face at the end of the day.
If you choose not to wear deodorant on a daily basis, then consider wearing it on the days when you plan on sweating excessively, or for special occasions. Apply deodorant before playing sports, going to the gym, or attending a formal occasion.
  • If you don't wear deodorant, then rinse your underarms with soap and water throughout the day to remove unpleasant odor.
If you are a woman change your tampon/pad regularly. Women who use tampons should change them at least once every 4-6 hours to reduce the likelihood of getting toxic shock syndrome (TSS). Women who use pads should change them every 4-8 hours. If you plan on sleeping more than eight hours, then wear an overnight pad instead of a tampon while you sleep.in conclusion keeping up with personal hygiene is a good way to be clean
and also to get the self respect that you need even from yourself
being confident in yourself and other attributes make you feel good about yourself
just because of the simple fact that you keep up with personal hygiene

  • introducing lazer hair removal ,another process of removing unwanted hair by means of "exposure to pulses of laser  light that destroy the hair follicle" . It had been performed experimentally for about twenty years before becoming commercially available in the mid Skin irritation. Temporary discomfort, redness and swelling are possible after laser hair removal. Any signs and symptoms typically disappear within several hours.

During laser hair removal, a laser beam passes through the skin to the  hair follicle. The intense heat of the laser damages the hair follicle, which inhibits future hair growth. Laser hair removal is most effective for people who have light skin and dark hair.
Although laser hair removal  slows hair growth, it doesn't guarantee permanent hair removal. It  takes multiple laser hair removal treatments to provide an extended hair-free period. Periodic maintenance treatments might be needed as well.I personally think that this process does damages to your skin because when the hair follicles are being destroyed some pigments in your skin are also being done too. yes it gets the job done but it also gets rid of hair you may actually need to protect your skin from stuff like germs ,diseases etc.
